In support of our clients ongoing needs Paul & Loughran can either perform or assist in the maintenance and servicing of assets that are covered by our product range. This can include both routine (e.g. PSSR (10 yearly) inspections and non-routine. If included within our asset management service we can also maintain records and notify when routine maintenance or servicing is required.
Sometimes a brand-new asset is not required and it is more cost effective for our clients to refurbish the existing one. At Paul & Loughran we can visit the site of our customers, perform an inspection assessment of the asset and provide a condition and recommendation report. If it is suitable to refurbish we can then remove the asset to our works, refurbish, re-certify, return and reinstall / commission.
With support from our sister company (VII-Construction) Paul & Loughran is able to offer a complete installation and commissioning service for all of our products. This can be either in the more limited role of a sub-contractor or with an expanded remit as a main works contractor. We can cover all aspects of scope including, mechanical, civil, EC&I and cathodic protection. Full commissioning services can be provided or alternatively we can assist our client’s personnel in an advisory and/or training role.
