Paul & Loughran design and manufacture our own range of equipment, such as “Foggers”, to inject conditioning fluid into working gas mains to reduce leakage through the old lead yarn joints exacerbated by the changeover from “wet” manufactured gas to “dry” Natural Gas.
We have many years of experience with both the equipment and the process and can advise prospective client’s which equipment to use and the best available installation point.
The process is tried and tested and can be used as another tool in the ongoing fight with costly gas leakage. The use of this equipment will not only be cost effective but gives the added bonus of public confidence in the gas utility whilst also assisting in achieving customers net zero targets.
